About this site

What you can reach today.

Home Services Marketplace has not published a general support line, and we would rather write that down than put a contact form here that goes nowhere. Below is every route that genuinely exists, and then the ones that do not exist yet.

Routes that exist

OpenPrivacy and data requests
A copy of what we hold about you, a correction, a deletion, or an email opt-out. The privacy notice in force publishes one address for these: [email protected].

The notice also states the response time we commit to, and the rights it covers, in its own words — read the notice rather than take this page’s summary of it.

OpenStopping contact you agreed to
You can withdraw consent at any time: tell any caller directly, or write to [email protected]. A withdrawal is recorded against your record with the date it happened, so it does not depend on one caller passing it on.

There is no self-serve switch for this on the site today — it is handled by a person on our side. Contact already made cannot be undone, which the privacy notice says plainly and this page will not soften.

OpenQuestions about the terms
The terms of use publish [email protected] for questions about them.

Terms of use · How consent works

OpenContractors who want work
This is the best-served route we have. Everything a firm needs to decide — what a lead contains, what it costs, and how billing works — is published, and there is an application path at the end of it.

For contractors · Pricing

Self-serveWhere a number came from
If your question is about a figure on this site rather than about your own record, it is probably answered already, and faster than any inbox could answer it.

Methodology · Editorial standards · How we make money

What does not exist yet

None of the following is a policy. They are simply not built, and a page that implied otherwise would be worse than this one.

Not yetA general support inbox
There is no published address for “everything else.” The two addresses above are scoped to what their notices cover, and we have not stood up a general one behind them.
Not yetA phone number
We publish none. If you have asked to be connected, the companies named on your consent screen are the ones with a reason to call you.
Not yetCase numbers and status tracking
There is no ticket system and no reference you can look up. A request you send to one of the addresses above is handled by a person, not tracked in a queue you can see.
Not yetA corrections channel for the guides
Our editorial standards describe how a correction is made. What is missing is the front door for reporting one, and this is the honest place to admit that.

Why there is no form on this page

A contact form accepts. Typing a problem into one and pressing send tells you the message arrived — so a form with nothing behind it does not merely fail to help, it converts a gap we could have told you about into silence that reads as being ignored.

The rest of this site is built on the same rule. A destination that does not exist is not rendered as something you can click, a cost figure nobody can source is not printed, and a channel we do not operate is not advertised. This page is that rule applied to itself.
